Jon: Remember when I was a loser with women? That ws before I started going out with Liz. Garfield: ...and she became a loser with men.
It seems to me that people tend to throw the word “loser” around too much when it comes to Jon. True, he’s got terrible taste in clothes, and his social skills could use some work. But on the positive side, he apparently owns his own home and makes a decent living, he’s not a leach, he loves his pets, girlfriend, and family, he’s not abusive, and he’s not a criminal or a drug addict. Liz could do a lot worse than Jon.
