That’s not a reciprocal. A reciprocal would be Feb. 1/20. 2/20 is either an anagram, a spoonerism, or a simple transposition error (and thus divisible by 9).

I went to wiki to learn about reciprocals and um, it’s been a really spring like winter where I live how about everyone else.

70 degrees plus yesterday in central Virginia. Blue skies, soft breeze, and, for a change, no mowers, blowers, chippers, or barking dogs. Ahhhhh. Lovely.

And however Caulfield got there, his conclusion is a perfect antidote for the winter blahs.

Last Monday, here in the northeast we got 2.5 FEET of snow in the blizzard. I’m more than ready for spring.

Anybody beside me remember fingering through card catalogs in libraries? Ever try to put together a Master’s Thesis, with only a card catalog? Walking all over the library, carrying heavy books………Now all I would have to do is push a button. 15 seconds or less gets me almost all the knowledge gathered by humankind for the last 5,000 years….“Just this little chromium switch here…”…Don’t know what I mean by that? Well, Google it!

I’m sorry. I know I’ll be bashed for this by someone but…

Reciprocals are numbers that have a product of 1. The reciprocal of 2/20 would be 10.

Groundhogs day (2/02) would be its’ own reciprocal.

Groundhog’s day is a fiction. Groundhogs also known as woodchucks are males seeing if things are ready for waking up the female to forage for food. Snow on the ground is a negative for the male groundhog.

Of course Caulfield only said it was a reciprocal groundhog, not a reciprocal date.
