Girl: I think I want a puppy.
Mrs. Olsen: Think twice. They're a lot of work.
Girl: Not five minutes later, she assigns a book report that's going to be a lot of work.
Frazz: Uh-oh. Are you thinking of thinking twice?
But don’t overthink it.
but puppies, homework…somehow they go together
She’s right about puppies being a lot of work, try a rescue dog instead. Right now the service I foster for has a 2 y/o male shih tzu that needs a home, he’s already trained and very loving. There are a lot of heart-breaking stories out there and all they need are loving homes.
“Outside of a dog, a book is a man’s best friend. Inside of a dog, it’s too dark to read.”
Nothing hypocritical here. She’s saying, “Don’t give yourself more work than you need. Then you won’t have the time and energy for my assignments.”
I doubt any book report ever piddled on the carpet.
Whatever world you come from it is inferior to ours.
Attributed? The plots of their movies may have been the work of others, but the brothers wrote their own jokes.
