Caulfield: The troposphere is between 5 and 10 miles high. If you stood on top of the empire state building, you wouldn't be one-fourth of one mile high. We're all "under the weather", is what I'm saying. Frazz: Suddenly she didn't feel so special. Caulfield: Misery loves company, is what I heard.
Actually, we tend to be in the weather, since it happens throughout the troposphere, not just near the top.
I mean sure, we’re under most of it. Just not all of it.
