My concept of it: The pitcher throws the snowball at the ‘batter.’ If the ‘batter’ can catch any of the snowball (if it breaks up), he then makes another snowball and chucks it to the outfield–thus running the bases. The outfielder then performs as Jason is told to do. ……
I believe that’s how it was done when I was a kid. So long ago…..
