Andy: Peter, what are you doing? Peter: Remember last year when I got cut from the school football team? Andy: I danced a jig. Of course I remember. Peter: Well, I figured out what I did wrong- I didn't start training soon enough. What I should've done is do what the pros do, and that's practice all summer in 95 degree heat. Andy: Might I remind you this sport is populated by men who've all taken bows to the head. Peter: Relax. I have a trainer. I'll be fine. Jason: Let's go flabby boy! 2,000 laps! Move it!

A study in the 90’s showed that among athletes, the most intelligent are (on average) quarterbacks, next are linemen! The researchers figure that it’s because both have to memorize plays perfectly and be totally aware of what’s going on around them (back, sides, and front) under high pressure. The athletes with the lowest average IQ were baseball players. No one gave a reason for that. I wish I could find that article again.
