A pizza cut into halves has 180 degrees per slice. In order to make obtuse angles, a pizza cut into thirds has how many degrees per slice? I know over 90 degrees, but seriously.

2. ##### jpotter0over 2 years ago

N slices, angle is 360 divided by N, since 360 degrees makes a full ciaat

4. ##### Acworthlessover 2 years ago

Why does she have to have a calculator to do simple division??

5. ##### thelost wizardover 2 years ago

When done at University this studying method also requires vast quantities of beer for liquid measures.

Obviously Peter & Paige are students of ‘Common Core’ ….

7. ##### P51Stregaover 2 years ago

My slices are typically 120°, unless it’s breakfast, then they’re only 45° (7.2°C).

Brain food

The formula for calculating the volume of a round, flattened base of leavened wheat based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and various other ingredients that has a radius of Z and a height of A is: Pi * Z * Z * A.

Americans will run around in circles when the EMP knocks out calculators. Good grief.

Wait a minute, that’s not as calculator, that’s her phone!

GET A REAL CALCULATOR!

17. ##### benjamineyalover 2 years ago

Wait, but she’s using a calculator. What?

18. ##### =)over 2 years ago

You should have given your sister bits of pizza.

19. ##### kab2rbover 2 years ago

Just excuse overeating pizza. Another excuse for math.

20. ##### Ermine Notyoursover 2 years ago

Why are they using degrees? They should use radians. After all, they are using pizza pi.

You would think that Jason should be the one to tutor her!

22. ##### banjinshijuover 2 years ago

I’m surprised that Peter knows how to slice a pizza. Doesn’t he consume whole pizzas?

Paige, some learn better with a hands-on approach.

24. ##### Dgwphotosover 2 years ago

Paige should know Mr “eats his age in servings of thanksgiving dinner” Peter Fox well enough by now.

25. ##### ComicsR4FunPremium Memberover 2 years ago

Paige, if you can’t figure that out, then you sure have not learned anything living with a brother.

We make rectangular pizza at our house. Of course, it doesn’t come in boxes, either.

What happened to the rerun Foxtrot?

28. ##### tom_bransonover 2 years ago

The error here is assuming all the pizza slices are equal in size. I have never seen that.

29. ##### wwward1948over 2 years ago

120 degrees, but that would be too hot!
