I long ago learned to separate art from artist, I can enjoy a Mel Gibson movie even while abhorring his views, I can listen to Mozart and not think of Hitler. And when I come across a work I do not like, I can keep on going, knowing the future brings change.

You sorry, sad excuse for a cartoonist! Who are you to decide what I think is funny! You should burn your pencils, and give your paper to someone who actually knows what to do with it. I’m gonna set right here and watch you bleed for every little tidbit of my amusement!!

I seldom feel the need to complain about what the cartoonist choses to post. If I don’t care for the joke I just move on. Some fellow commenters, though, just need to be set straight :)

FTR: Brian, I, as well as millions of veterans, spent a portion of our lives to defend the freedom of speech. We may or may not agree with everything, but we defended it. As far as I am concerned, keep up the good work.
