The D.O.T. finally got it!

In my younger years I’m pretty sure I did take it as a challenge. I’m amazed I have lived so long.

So 25 would be an unsafe speed?

As if anyone reads the signs, anyway.

I’ve been starting to wonder if the more ignorant drivers out there just don’t understand that the speed limit is a maximum, they seem to think it is a minimum

Any one remember the “double nickle”? Don’t sound to bad east of the Mississippi, but out here it can be 80 miles to the grocery store.

Reminds me of the “best by” date; people use it as a safety cutoff meaning if they eat it one day later they’ll die when in fact “best by” means flavor and has NOTHING to do with safety
