Get off the bench, start walking a mile or two a day, and you won’t strain your muscles so easily.
When you’re young you bounce, shake it off and do it again.. old and it’s splat and over.
……and it takes longer to recover!

That used to be me also. I changed my diet. Now am lean and mean[action]. Ha,haa. I feel good. Cut most of sugar and No more coffee. Less meat too.
