If they find him, will they recognize him, and more important, will they listen to what he and the rest of the gang would have to say about I/eye?
What will they do without their antennae? I doubt they will recognize Terrance the peacock!
Without the antennas, will the Zero guns recognize “friendlies?”
I’m surprised there are other survivors.
Yes; hold very still, or the monsters get another recruit..!
Even with the losses this is a good sign. The infection is not wide spread in the system. It is moving like a hunter in a forest…..only taking one prey at a time. These individuals may have further away from Terrence and company so they had a better chance of being fore warned and taking action. Eye is hanging around its real prey…..Cardoodles…which is where Terrence is along with what’s left of the monsters. They will have to be careful as they move and remember that the monsters before them was once a friend, coworker, even a lover but they are monsters now who will kill.
A mad scientist built a robot, but it wouldn’t move when ordered, it just sat there, so the mad scientist let it sit and gather dust while he moved onto other things. One day, the mad scientist was helping his nephew with a problem in geometry and triangles. The robot stood up, said, “The length of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the length of the other two sides.” The robot sat down again. The shocked mad scientist said, “My God, it only stands to reason!”
TERRENCE? I was thinking more like NBC. ;-)
You have to admire the dedication here. Everything is going to heck in a Model T (take that Mr. Toad!), but these guys are sticking with their plan … whatever it is.
“The madness is in the system.” There’s a metaphor for our time.
Those three have no idea that Terrance is now a “Cardoodle” himself. What a surprise when they find out.
Thinking about this, I think Terence is going to be very unhappy, because there was a way for him to stay human, but there was no way for him to find out. And of course, we don’t yet know what limitations these guys now face, being off the grid, as it were.
