okay … so he’s not a crash test dummy …
That is a smile behind his words. His eyes bright and apparently sane. Yes I like him. I hope we keep him around for quite a while, Aaron. Thank you.Blessed BE
Hi guys..I just finished reading from the “halfway point” (Man, what a ride!) and I wanted to thank everyone for encouraging me to do so. (Also, thanks to crookedwolf and JanBic for reading my strip- it means a lot to me!) But I’d really like to thank Aaron… for obvious reasons! :).I’ll admit I was kind of put off at first because… well… the whole premise of a virus that turns you into an animal was… er, kind of a weak point. But I guess that was just my logical side trying to ruin my fun..Thank you again, everyone!
Well, he isn’t Sparkplug, anyhoo… Damn. Another weekend shot to hell, waiting for further information…
Also, I’m not sure how appropriate it is to promote other strips in the comments, but I’m going to do so anyway, because I think you guys will like them..“Ralf the Destroyer” on GoComics Sherpa has a very similar style to Endtown and I’ll bet you guys will enjoy it. Basically, it’s about an alien who’s been sent to destroy Earth, but his conscience keeps getting in his way. I absolutely love the characters- they’re so full of personality! (Check out Feb 13 2012). It also has a similar sense of humor as Endtown..The other strip I like is “Mary B. Wary” (also on Sherpa). The strip does the whole “story arc that takes eight months to finish” thing, but it’s still very different than either Ralf or Endtown, and it has this absurd and insanely cute sense of humor (Aug 15 2011). The current story arc started in August with the main characters taking a drive. Six months later, they’re in a rowboat chasing a floating alien across the ocean… :).Anyway, thanks again, everybody!
What an interesting character so far.
Flask is going to go crazy. No direct answers coming from this one.
gawd is that a bad pun LOL
you must ask Direct questions to get Direct Answers this Guy is like Sheldon from Big bang theory and Orac from Blakes 7 and a little bit of a Engineer thrown in for good measure…
He’s just appeared from the skies And he’s already into spats He’s a human, but not too surprised To be dealing with talking cats He’s not Sparkplug, Heaven nose We projected that point all wrong I’m surprised that someone shows Who’s not been there all along =|====/ Level Head Vote for Endtown 2.0 And for Doc Rat, too The Endtown Forum And don’t forget to nominate both For Ursa Major awards!
So a person I can adore! Hope he is made of dittos but it seems clear he just love their company and they like his. He is like me: ask a question and you get four right back at you! To all who thought it was Sparkplug: his nose was longer and would have shown yesterday (if he had cut it off I in the fall their faces would be more “oh gross” rather then “WTF”) and if it had been him in the begining he would not have trusted the dittos to catch him.
Adds a bit of levitation to the situation…
Yeah, but curiosity killed the cat.Not knowing is deadly.
Unrest, and a good 3"-thick steak. Plus fries. You know, anything other than beans.
That that at least settles the question of how a wooden ship full of scrap metal can be carried by a hot air balloon. The answer is: “Don’t ask.”
I LIKE this guy, he’s silly…….Love Wally’s “No!” expression…..
Just to reiterate my comment from yesterday – you’ve gotten the latest stuff by starting from the middle (I presume that means the whole Wally & Holly arc), but at some point, you’ll really like to go way back to the beginning and catch up with those events, too. They’re all on GoComics, so it’s easy, if a bit time-consuming…
String theory huh? I wonder, just how many strings does it take to hold this guy up?
I’ve got a feeling this guy’s help may come with “strings” attached… ;-)
Ok, we seem to have a couple of cartoonists in here, which I think implies a higher density of cartoonists than other strips get in their comments sections. Just how many, though? There’s:Aaron (or course)Jenner with Doc RatGreg Trail with I’m a dilloWho else? (I know about Number 6, but he doesn’t seem to be a regular here.)
Man, you just know this guy’s story has to be good.
There’s no reason why all topsiders should be “evil,” or enemies. In fact, it it more likely that most topsiders are friendly and tolerant…Just not the ones near Endtown.
New character! Woo Hoo!I thought that was a leather helmet. It looks like he is immune to the virus as well. Nice play on “nose/knows” Level_Head.
And where is MS talking cat? She is about to break her silence, methinks. She just can’t relax and enjoy the ride. But for now, cat’s got her tong- er, you know what I mean :-)
So far I like the new guy (though those are pretty big feet for a human!). Aaron makes his eyes smile, along with the rest of his face. He’s walkin’ on sunshine!
dont know about good or evil but i like this new character (hard to tell if is male or female)
this is gonnabe gooooood!
Hey, folks. As of this morning, Endtown is ranked #67! Keep it up! We’re making a difference!!
That’s what I like about this strip, enough reality to keep us engaged, but enough fantasy to keep it fun. I like the spats on the new character.
My, my, my……isn’t Wally getting a bit testy! Com’on Wally, this new guy’s a hoot. You’re facial expression in panel 2 is starting to look like another Endtown feline. Ah, the pressures of taking charge!!I do like this new guys coat. Not quite a duster, but close enough.
DADOF3s comment got me thinking, I don’t remember any animals appearing. I wonder if the virus would affect them. If it did would they mutate to have parts of other animals or would they become more human like? Or is that where all the dittos came from?
He’s a wizard, but is he a humbug?
Hmm… do we know any other GoComics cartoonists who post and converse with the fans? I know Greg Cravens of “The Buckets” does. Richard Thompson used to post occasionally, but he’s pretty darn busy these days, especially with his therapy.
Why does he have me wondering if he owns what must have been a chocolate factory at one time?
Pab Sungensis (New Adventures Of Queen Victoria) and Lucas Turnbloom (Imagine This!) both interact with fans as well…
Yeah. What up with spats? Oh I got it….He’s Major Hoople!!!
He seems to be wearing white gloves too.
I think I approve of, “unrest the very substance of life.”Cudos again Aaron!
Ok, now how many of those artists are HERE in Endtown?
Hey, maybe it’s Eugene Levy inside that helmet
Take off the leather flying helmet and judgeing by the way hes dressed, very eccentric, I would find someone like Doctor Who’s P. Troughtman or J.Pertwee.
Possiblity that our new member to the plot is also a mutant? A TS mixed with a nerd, dork or other really weird TSs?It could happen. You know. Or maybe it is really a novelty character that our good friend Aaron is tormenting us with. OH, I really am looking forward to getting to know this unusual trip we already have begun.Blessed BE
Any one ever wonder where Flask hid her tail?Blessed BE.
All these suggestions! You guys are like AM PM…too much good stuff! :D
Correction: the title to beat is “I was Kidnapped by Lesbian Pirates from Outer Space.”

Hey all just got my art work from Aaron framed and it looks great. Has Walley, Holly, and Flask in it. If you want a look at it you can access my facebook page Joseph S Waskiewicz, or email me and I’ll send you a picture of it, email@example.com
Ralf the Destroyer started slowly, but is getting good. Lost Side of Suburia started well, ran into a story I did not like, and now is on my restart list for the current story. http://www.gocomics.com/lostsideofsuburbia/2011/07/25
I have noted members of the CTC forum here, and some of them, maybe not the ones posting here, are cartoonists. Has Sleepy John posted? Ditto sme posters in K&K’s forum post here too. And a few of them, again maybe not the ones posting here, are cartoonists.
Has anyone else had trouble connecting to Doc Rat the last few days?Jenner, is there a server problem?
///TSOJ, the other day you mentioned previous works of Aaron’s. I thought something looked familiar and now I know who this is… it’s Aaron Marx!////
after reading this i googled and found this
