I must be slow. Still doesn’t make sense to me. And love the floppy pinkies.

All large rockets are just giant fuel tanks with the motors stuck on one end and the payload on the other. You could destroy one with a slingshot if you knew what you were doing.

My money is on “Catastrophic Re-Entry”. Even with no warhead, this thing is based on an ICBM. That’s a looooooot of rocket fuel if it happens to nose-dive on something important instead of going into orbit.

The Endtown mini-comic that I produced for Comicpalooza 2011 is now available to YOU for the offensively low price of $2.50 (price includes s&h, international add $1 for each copy ordered ). Besides sporting a snazzy full color cover, it contains an all-new 22 page story that is available nowhere else. And just because I feel like doing it, I’ll sign and personalize (if desired) each and every copy I mail out. Simply pay via PayPal using my email address, aaronneathery@gmail.com, and be sure to include your mailing address. If you can’t pay with PayPal, send payment to:Aaron NeatheryPO Box 920558Houston, TX 77292And, just so you know, I’m completely open to donations. The cat and mouse that live in my head will thank you. :-)

cats pinkies are located high up on their leg. so the suit’s pinky would be empty

I thought the vestigial dew claw on cat legs was a thumb, not pinkie.

It makes sense to me. She’s been programming a replacement chip for Wally to swap in the rocket. The chip is programmed to blow up the rocket when Flask triggers it with the handheld. When the Topsiders examine the wreckage, it’ll look like a programming error or circuit glitch.

When this is over, she’s going to have a lot of explaining to refuse to do about how she knows so much about Topsider technology. She can’t dismiss it by saying it’s not rocket science.

All they need is one well placed shot with the guns. I suspect that the guns have range. Actually they then need to get away, and if the shot was too close, that would not happen. But getting into contact range of the craft will be difficult.
