@California minimum wage: $250 million =31¼ million hours = 390¼ thousand 8 hour days =15 thou & change work years @ 40 hour weeks & 50 week years (to simplify the math & give you 2 weeks off per year & weekends)If you ain’t still flipping mammoth burgers, you’re ripping someone off, to make that kind of money.

Brownie: My son is back in college after 13 years military, and thanks to a couple changes the Republicans threw in, may have a hard time making tuition next year on G.I.Bill, does his getting blown up earn any credit? Not with them.

I don’t deny the skill required, but should that skill in particular be rewarded so much beyond other complex and difficult skills? Such as teaching small children how to read?
