I have family in england, their zip code is Ta199RWfor some reason the philadelphia post office keeps sending their mail to Tiawan. even though i write ENGLAND on the envelope and under line it.
Over the weekend I got a thank you note ofr a birthday card postmarked July 2 that was just received.
