Just when you think it couldn’t get worse

Off topic, it was 25 years ago today the Alex first met Mike’s new girlfriend Kim. Mike introduces them then excuses himself to make a few phone calls. Kim and Alex regard each other in silence then Alex turns back to her computer and says “I already have a mother.” Kim answers “So do I. Want to play the new NBA All Stars?” and offers a game cartridge. The rest is history.

it is amazing that “airheaded” people cannot understand the consequences of their actions on the people they hurt.

Don’t let her sucker you into using the insurance card….

If this were a real situation, it’d probably take me a long time to decide if I let her back in my life.

Michael should contemptuously utter that immortal line from ‘Gone with the Wind’ before turning his back and walking away without a single, backward glance.

Unfaithfulness can have tragic consequences that will break relationships and people, themselves. Most dwell in anger, despair, and angst. But for some, they become strong at the broken places.
