Hopefully POTUS will be live trapped by the Democratic candidate and humanely released in an environment where he’s never heard from again nor can do harm (Antarctica?).
These are all good points in the comments above. However, I think many voters are tired of the Trump cynicism and are very much ready for some solutions for America, as was alluded to in the strip.
I don’t watch a lot of news, just enough to know if there will be a tomorrow. Seems that most of what i do see is trump explaining away something he said or did, backpedaling, distancing, denying. At some point will he announce good news? Tell us something uplifting and helpful? I know he’s not a great orator. Most of us aren’t. But he could get through a “Here’s the good news” speech, I think. The closest I’ve seen him come is his catch phrase, “You’ll know in a couple of weeks.” What a dismal leader…
