Mike: Really? Your house is on the beach? What a terrific place to live! Zonker: Well, yeah, it was. But our once tranquil coastline has in recent years fallen into the hands of hippie-surfers! Ma's a bit unhinged over it. Just last week, one of them came up to her on the beach, gave her a flower, and said "Love"! They're getting to be a real problem.
A REAL nuisance if you ask me.
