Negging (derived from the verb neg, meaning “negative feedback”) is an act of emotional manipulation whereby a person makes a deliberate backhanded compliment or otherwise flirtatious remark to another person to undermine their confidence and increase their need of the manipulator’s approval.
What’s bad about this is…people are dumb enough to follow Dogbert’s lead!

Apparently, the strategy has worked before. I’m pretty sure it is happening right now. I works fine for the crooked slime ball, until it runs it’s course. Then they are famous and get a free vacation to club Fed.
So when the stock goes up that’s when you buy. Because you know the system is working.
