I saw on a YouTube video a couple years ago concerning a deer that was hit by a car and the person in a house across the street took a picture of the deers soul leave its body. It was amazing.
So, if the headlights aren’t moving toward the deer, is he still frozen? Or does the incapacity result from the movement of the headlights getting wider apart?
