Could it have been a weather controlling device!!??? While traveling across the United States, we had some crazy westher. Ice, snow, sleet, tornadoes, excessive rain on west coast, and extreme cold. That mountain in Vermont or New Hampshire had temps at -110°! The lowest ever recorded in the U.S. It makes me wonder. Who’s to say it’s not possible. We seed to weaken hurricanes.
Oh well, Summers seems to be attempting to be funny … ‘Tho it’s doubtful that Xi, himself, would be peddling them on a D.C. street corner; WalMart might have been more credible….
