Squash? Absolutely! – Unfortunately, the Turkish supermarket around the corner ran out of zucchini yesterday. Saturday. Evening. Shortly before they closed until Monday morning. Guaranteed fresh produce tomorrow.
But we got the last chicken legs – exactly the amount we needed.
@Elliot You may try as much as you want, but if you don’t try it at least once, you’re out of luck.
@Pete “It’s good for you” implies “but it tastes awful.” And it will (plus look like a real mess) if you severely overcook it. Same with spinach or chard.
Fill it or serve it on pasta or pizza or make exotic dishes. But don’t just squash it.
