Where I live, it’s seagulls. It’s a tourist town and there is always a tourist who thinks he can feed one seagull. Ha!
When I lived in Marin County, people would try to feed one seagull from the ferry to San Francisco. We would be chased for miles by hordes of screaming seagulls.
