Use a primitive computer to track your “DOS”.

Nice to know that folk remedies still work too!

What if you don’t remember whether you forgot?

…as in, YIKES! I could have had a V-8?

…and then take 2 aspirin

But how will I remember to do that?

Can you write that down for me, I know I’ll forget it.

If that doesn’t help, just start smacking other people in the head. It may not help, but you’ll feel a lot better…
