About the time the boys start wearing clothes that are 3 sizes too large for them and their pants hang down so far their underwear shows.
Maybe I am showing my age, but at one time if a boy had his cap on backwards or sideways, continually showed the crack of his ass, and talked incoherently they had a special place for them.
