I have really had it with self-appointed, commercially-motivated “food gurus” telling us that eating this or that will make us “healthy”. Health is not a one-size-fits-all thing, and what works for one enteric bio-system may be contra-indicated by another. To peddle the idea that you are healthy by virtue of this or that food or regimen is, at best, stupid and at worst dangerous.
