Calvin is back!…..10 a day is realy many!!

Sorry, Calvin. Santa isn’t interested if you have an ulterior motive for your good deeds…

Definitely plan on more spontaneous acts.

It’s the same as promising you’ll begin a diet tomorrow after stuffing yourself at a dinner party today.

(Calvin) + (Susie) + (spontaneous) = ( < good acts)

Your going to go 20 then 30 and so on till you run out of time.But good slushy snow and Susie in a unsuspecting xmas mood ?

With me as Calvin and my sister as Susie, it’d be coal for the rest of our lives.

That’s a good fall back plan IF you don’t see Suzie tomorrow…and the next day…and every other day after that.

If I was there I think I’d do a damn better job of keeping Calvin out of trouble…..“Throw that snowball and your bruises will be there until Easter!”

that is why the boy scouts say do 1 good deed a day. but, then it is the boy scouts who until recently admitted they had a secret file on scout leaders.

Spontaneous acts of bad will always trump spontaneous acts of good will.

The best gift from Santa is keeping Calvin from moving next door. What a nightmare that would be!

So much for spontaneity of goodwill!

It’s never too late! He can get a start on next year.

If he’s asking for lenient judging, he should go on American Idol.

Where are all the classic C & H strips with the awesome snowmen he creates. Not one so far this winter. Watterson did them every year that I can remember. I had an email from my dad years ago that had about 20 classic C&H snowmen strips. What genius.

What did Paul say – “I can will what to do but cannot do it”. Calvin’s temptation resister works about as well as the rest of us….mebbe Suzie should learn how to throw a snowball…
