I take an anti coagulant. For a long time. My previous dr didn’t check my blood. My vitamin D was being blocked by the anti coagulant. Which, in turn, blocked my absorption of calcium. Four broken vertebrae. Lost 3” of height. My present dr told me about this when the breaking started. My life is very difficult now. Just get levels checked. Particularly with coumodin or warfarin. Don’t just stuff vitamins down. Get checked.
