The only possible answer to the “Do I look fat?” question is basically a dodge: “You look great!” Any other answer turns deep doo-doo into deeper doo-doo.
“I don’t see any fat.” (Said while looking away. Or with the knowledge that her clothes are covering the fat, which doesn’t work if she’s unclothed, in which case you will be looking away.)
