Sad event, another “tragedy”, but too little information as yet for anyone to start “pontificating” too much.

Agree with the first two comments. Only one to be blamed here is that nut that pulled the trigger and him alone.

I think this is a tribute / memorial rather than a cartoon aiming to blame. No?

Reagan was shot by a guy fixated on Jodie Foster. Nut’s don’t need much “inspiration”. (Which is why Rush and Beck ARE dangerous!)

Notice that he’s crying? Even he would shelter others from getting shot, if he was real (and there)….
