The yolk is the most nutritious part of the egg. Don’t eat just whites.
Fry just the white on the sidewalk? That won’t go over easy.
I tried to fry an egg on the sidewalk once, in Iowa in August. Didn’t work…
I’m with ya. Why limit what you eat because of these so called studies. Sooner or later another study will cancel that one out. :) All things in moderation….that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
