First of all, the guns WERE NOT acquired from the administration — that’s a lie. They were purchased from gun dealers. And, no, you can’t arrest the people who bought them, which is why the ATF had no choice but to sit by, watch and hope to catch them in the middle of a gun-related crime. Thanks to the NRA and its pet congressmen, we have no sensible laws preventing straw purchases and no real way to control them.

TJ that’s BS. The gun dealers were notifying the ATF that these purchases were being made and were INSTRUCTED to ALLOW the purchases. The dealers knew these buys were bogus but they had to follow the ATF directions. The ATF could easily have stopped the buys.

“So forced health care is “not a tax” until it is a tax by the court and we can check if someone is an illegal immigrant, after they broke a law.”It’s not forced health care, it’s forced health insurance coverage. If it’s so damn bad and anti-freedom, why did the Republicans demand it be part of the legislation?

“Just wait, with this president and the fact the tax payer will be picking up the bill, all congress or the President has to say is that it is for our own good, that it is ‘a penalty’ for not doing as they want. Then Justice can decide it is a tax if we try not to do it, and wham, you have preemptive health care. ‘For our own good’ of course.”Say what you will. It doesn’t change the fact that it was included at the insistence of the Republicans and is apart of Massachusetts Romneycare.
