I feel for ya, friend. I’ve learned my bisggest trigges and can mostly avoid them. Pharmaceuticals are helping too; though the doctor insists they’re not migraines, but “episodic attacks.” I don’t care what he calls them as long as they’re GONE!
Today we had a flood downstairs—not the rain this time (we got 0.70 inch last night!) but a toilet that started running when they turned the water main back on after a repair in town. So it was running only about 16 hours, and had plenty of overflow to flood…

If we get damp enough in this humidity, will we chafe too?
