I wonder why we’ve never seen Danae’s teacher knocking back a few at Offshore Flo’s… Heaven knows, she deserves them.

Guess she doesn’t see their holiness so much as their loopholiness. No respecter of nascent corporate persons.

Well, no one can say Danae isn’t getting an education! It’s called the school of hard knocks. She’ll graduate to FU University one day. THEN we’ll see what she’s REALLY learned!

what she needs to do is move toward proving the instrument is negotiable. that’s getting the compromise

I wonder how her visit to the Principal’s office went. We often see Calvin there for similar excuses.

The teacher’s not liable to pay attention to Danae’s wishes….

Sign on teacher’s desk: “This teacher not liable for your missing homework and bad grades.”

Surely she didn’t have a sign that said, “This teacher not responsible for your paddled butt.” They don’t do that anymore, do they?

So…what did she do to Danae?

Obviously, “sanctity” was the wrong word.

I am that teacher…

She didn’t ask for a homework assignment from the desk…she asked for one from you, Danae.

Sokay, neither do lawyers.

Can we ease up on all of this Danae stuff a bit? It’s all pretty much the same each time, and getting boring. What happened to her dad’s engagement? Other characters? Something new!

that kid needs to learn what corporal punishment means. a well-busted butt would take her a long way. time-outs are for future penitentiary residents. long term time-out.

Ya think that Danae has met her match with Victoria? Danae’s B.S.* won’t fly with her, because Victoria is always one or two steps ahead. Too bad she’s not the teacher! (*B.S. = Blowing Snow)
