Hey Mike Curtis. If I have been a little lax in complimenting your writing on Dick Tracy, Joe’s art is so gosh darn good you almost forget that someone is actually writing the strip, please allow me to give a big thumbs up to todays strip.From the opening panel’s subtle joke, :Aside from the head wound" to the great example of flawed comic book logic, banding together a team of repeat losers is a good idea, today’s strip is just perfect! I don’t even miss seeing Dick Tracy.
Not to mention the behavior of the “occupy” groups. Mumbles and his gang would fit right in. And can’t you see Panda and Rize in the White House? Oh Lordy, forget politics, gotta stick to the real comics.
Well, on my birthday I am scanning the adventure beginning on Aug 21, The one with VISTA BILL mentioned in the first three days. For my birthday present it is great to have a job writing DICK TRACY.
