I suppose that strip on his glasses is one of their ads?

Initially I just could not understand how Google didn’t understand how terrifying that ad was. Then, after observing my close relatives aged 16 and under interacting with technology, and ignoring privacy, I can see why they’re so confident that they can transmit an ad like this without fear of alienating folks.

I don’t get this cartoon. Each of the 4 frames is identical, right?

One of the late night comedians did a skit about this. A guy was following the glasses directions and got hit by a bus he didn’t see.

The original 2:30 Google feature is on a website called Dropping the Science, April 6. The late night skit used the beginning of that ad before the guy was hit by the bus,http://science.memebase.com/

My concern would be that this is a virtual billboard in your eye, controlled by Google, not to mention the possibility of subliminal advertising as well. and you can’t look away.

ask those attack helicopter pilots on using those targeting monocles. some say they had to have many hours of training to make them proficient.

As much as I love technology, this doesn’t seem like a good idea.
