Chinese Labor Practices: Missing the forest for the daisy,
Woman reporter: Mixing journalism and theater? Scandalous!! Have you heard anything to say, Mr. Daisey?
Haven’t seen the actual “expose”, just seen some commentaries, but; considering how many U.S. manufacturers are operating in China and Viet Nam, hardly just an “Apple” problem. Also, Koreans long ran “sweatshops” in ’Nam, as fronts for U.S. companies, that well, gee, saw those union wages as egregious, but not CEO bonuses.
Our “mainstream” media sure are reliable! Like when they reported on Tonkin Gulf , Kuwaiti incubators, Nigerian yellow-cake uranium and Iraqi WMDs. I sleep so much better knowing that they are on the job, don’tcha know.
