He’ll have to take this dog to the dog whisperer to get him unterrified. Poncho’s real good. Not only does he send humans to the funny farm, but he wreaks havoc on his own species as well.

@ratdogbert – Everywhere I’ve lived (granted, not a vast sample), dual meters consist of two meters on a single pole.(not that anyone’s reading comments here, the day after the strip was posted, but I’m always late to the game)
