You assume that the pipeline wasn’t approved by the state to be re-routed (which it was), and that it was going to leak (which it probably won’t). The point of the toon is not to bash Obama’s use of AF1, but to actually point out how he is busy villianizing the “1%” while he is doing the exact same things they do.
