Amen, Bruce.the issue is unconstitutional intrusion of government into private insurance and private and religious employers.-surely we must have at least 5 Supremes on the USSC that will invalidate Obamacare and its FORCING citizens and businesses and religious institutions to pay insurance premiums to cover treatments and procedures we oppose personally and DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR FOR OURSELVES OR OTHERS.

Snooki may be a media opportunist (Ho first came to mind, I’ll keep it respectful), infamous for being controversial, but in a harmless sort of way..The really despicable ones are the Rush Limbaughs who use their vast public reach to shape public policy, but take no responsibility..Limbaugh just proved himself to be a cowardly, oafish, sleazebag. He uses his 20 million radio audience to slander a college girl, who did her patriotic duty to support a legitimate point of view before a congressional committee. Then Rush uses his powerful public platform to continuously slander, bully, and insult her for three days in the most despicable way imaginable. With the loss of sponsors he hides behind the excuse that he uses absurdity to fight absurdity – that he is just an entertainer. Balderdash – he is the worst kind of coward and one can only hope he losses his mike and is sued for millions for this outrageous attack on freedom, liberty, and decency.
The fact is, these “reality” shows are run on conservative corporations owned networks. They feed ignorant folks with no real life of their own, a “life experience” with more than a tad of brainwashing, and advertisers and audience that will spend their money with them, for products they likely don’t need. These people become wealthy “celebrities”, and we wonder how our former education and technology lead in the world is in the toilet?
Question: Couldn’t assure work as well as ensure, both being synonyms for persuade? Or is there some subtle difference in meaning? Darn English language can be so confusing..We should cut Bruce some slack – I think he meant to say insured. They seem to like their insurance down there – or is that just in health care?
