As soon as the Republicans get an advantage in government they lose all interest in fiscal responsibility and insuring freedom for all and turn towards how can they impose their will on others.
At least the Democrats are honest about saying they want to tax away my wealth (economic freedom) to buy votes from people that will support them if paid.
The Republicans don’t even want to admit that they plan on taking freedoms away from us until they get in office.
The Republican party really needs to loose the Religous Zealots or they are going to lose moderate voters like me. I’m a fiscal conservative but I really believe in freedom for all which means I don’t impose the rule of law on others unless they are trodding upon the rights of others.
