Poor Cartoon-Pastis! Rat is not very loyal, to put it mildly. What will those vicious East Coast Cartoonists do to Stephan? —It’s too horrible to contemplate!

Now that Rat has Stephan’s cigarettes, why would he want Stephan back?

Well Rat can’t be a traitor or a backstabber. He’s never liked Pastis in the first place and has always worked against him. Can only hope some really cute comic characters get Rat and take away all his beer and cigarettes, prevent him from swearing, and force him to have to be nice and share with others. Rat’s own personal hell.

So this is what Mooch and Earl did in their Spring break.

Had to be some critters dressed like Earl and Mooch, they would never kidnap at knifepoint….probably some of those cranky 10 Cats…
