I remember grossing out dozens of passengers on a ferry crossing the English Channel (wonder what the French call it?) by ordering a Scottish egg, a hard-boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, coated in bread crumbs and baked. It was delicious, and the odor of the sausage cleared the room in seconds!

We’re planning a Caribbean cruise in late November. It should put us right at the end of the hurricane season. Hope there’s no late storms!
