I think it is a misprint. He was detained for failing to rewind the DVDs he rented.
The owner of that store has some serious issues if he’s still hunting them down for a decade old crime.
I have, and still use, a VCR. I also have a DVD player and a laptop. Just can’t see getting rid of something that still works perfectly.
