I like Lucy’s reaction.
I think I’m beginning to envy the bug.
@Grog Ya me too.
The bug until Lucy (or if this was C&H Calvin) steps on him, and then he has the whole weight of the world upon his shoulders.
It all depends on your attitude. I always say I have a positive mental attitude. I’M POSSITIVE I’M MENTAL!!!!!
I vote for Linus for president.
Back to 1965 today as Lucy does another one of her bugs on the ground studying.
A lot of times I think that thinking is an evolutionary dead end.
The bug is lucky.

That’s always misquoted. In full, it’s “Where ignorance is bliss, ’tis folly to be wise.” Much more useful in the original version.
the little bug is better off.
Surprisingly profound.
I prefer to study Cats, because they don’t get any of the above, except Love. And boy can they show affection. I’m coming back as a house cat, if there is such a thing as re-incarnation.
Awwwww, How cute! Monday Mornings are… Ughhh!
xxx
That got Lucy thinking: Linus has a lot more wisdom than her.
So, those non-complaining Democrats still hanging around Wall Street, etc.?
