I believe that the spelling mistakes being referred to, are not in the panels, but ones made by the commenter.—thw=the, incompitence=incompetence, mabie=maybe.

you know what? why doesn’t everyone just leave negative comments other peoples spelling and bad typing out of the comics comments? its about the funny. not about how other people don’t measure up to your expectations.
