Seems wrong to me to use someone born in 1970 to Filipino parents in Philadelphia as an example of an “anchor baby”, a term invented recently mainly in regard to Latino immigration.

Of course, it doesn’t fit your agenda, pschearer.

Latino immigration?! How about Chinese education? You missed the special news report on a major network that showed Chinese women currently coming to the US to deliver their babies, so they, the children, could attend college here and the parents could come here to “retire” to take advantage of Medicare.

Michelle Malkin is definitively an intellectual one-year-old.

Oh God, come on Michelle’s parents were a Teacher and a Physican in training on employement visas at the time of her birth. Not the same thing as illegals having a child in the states.

For the commenters saying she isn’t really an anchor baby:

Her parents were not U.S. Citizens when she was born. Why is she entitled to U.S. Citizenship? If you people want to re-write the laws, you can’t make exceptions, you know.
