Sure, why not. I used to walk or cycle 2,5 kms to my school. The 5 day forecast for Castle Cary says it will be a little rainy, lows of 3ºC (37ºF) and highs of 7-8ºC (44-46ºF). Sounds fine to me. Have you seen how little British kids wear in winter? They scare Austrians I know. They’re a hardy lot.
