Hmmm, the plan will require $1.2 million per year in maintenance, including INJECTING OXYGEN into the river water to keep from killing everything that lives in it! It’s also a fight between Georgia and South Carolina over commerce at their respective ports for “super ships”. “What has a sturgeon ever done for you?” is the question.
