Mrs. Godfrey is a a terrible teacher. The only reason she gave him that many detentions was because she was harmed. Just like the time Nate accidentally hit her with a rubber band. There are plenty of other examples of this, and plenty of other reasons why Mrs. Godfrey is a bad teacher.

He didn’t even intend to do it and she gave him so many detentions. Maybe 2 detentions at most, but that’s harsh.
